The base fabric is Tweed - Chanel, a polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a combination of yellow and biscuit brown, with a Cyan ink of 19, Magenta of 34, Yellow of 80, and Black of 7 in a CMYK model of 19 34 80 7. This secondary color offers a feeling of warmth and naturalness, bringing a touch of light that makes it perfect for autumn/winter fashion. It combines especially well with dark brown, deep blue, copper, and dark green tones.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, providing great precision and definition in the print. In addition, the texture of the base fabric is rigid and offers a soft and pleasant touch at the same time.
The applications and uses of this type of fabric are very broad, as indicated above, from jackets and blazers to living room, bedroom, or kitchen cushions for decoration. Due to the rigidity of the fabric, it is perfect for creating structured garments with volume and personality. Also, thanks to its polyester composition and high density, it is resistant and durable, making it highly recommended for use in outerwear or sportswear.
It is important to pay attention to the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron it at a cold temperature, and allow dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene. It cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which uses special inks that turn into gas when heat and pressure are applied to the base fabric, achieving a resistant, non-stick, and durable finish.
