Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed Chanel base fabric, with a composition of 100% polyester and a grammage of 420 gr/m2, features a plain color printed in eggshell white, with a CMYK ink content of 2 cyan, 4 magenta, 18 yellow, and 0 black. This secondary color conveys a soft, delicate, and elegant feeling, blending white with a creamy tone. It pairs very well with dark colors like black or gray, creating a strong and balanced contrast.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the color is only present on one side of the fabric and does not penetrate completely into the fabric fibers. Therefore, it has a soft touch and does not lose its texture and rigidity attributes, which are characteristic of the Tweed Chanel base fabric.
In terms of general characteristics, the base fabric offers a width of 150 cm and is ideal for making garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, shorts, and bermudas. It is necessary to take into account the special care for this type of fabric, recommending a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC without using bleach. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cool temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
