Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Chanel Tweed is a rigid fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a beautiful light blue-violet shade with a CMYK of 62 40 5 0, which indicates a high proportion of cyan and magenta, a touch of yellow, and no black. This color conveys tranquility, security, confidence, and sophistication. It combines very well with other shades of blue, pink, gray, and even gold.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that ink has been applied to the visible surface of the fabric; it has not been submerged in a dye bath. This allows for great precision in design reproduction, a high level of detail, and a soft finish to the touch.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, in addition to its rigid texture, it should be noted that it is resistant and durable, ideal for fashion garments and accessories such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, and shorts. It is also suitable for cushions and outdoor decoration. It is a timeless fabric and very suitable for the autumn/winter 2021 season.
As for care, we recommend washing at no more than 30ºC, avoiding bleach, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying. Dry cleaning is possible except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used is sublimation (polyester), through which heat and pressure are applied to convert the inks into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, creating a durable and high-quality image.
