Description

The base fabric is Tweed - Chanel, a 100% polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a deep sea green, which is obtained through digital textile printing with a cyan ink of 84%, magenta of 40%, yellow of 70% and black of 42%, corresponding to the CMYK of the solid color. Deep sea green is a symbolic color associated with the depth of the sea and nature, and technically, it is a cool color that conveys serenity and stability. Combined with other colors such as white, it creates an elegant contrast, and with dark grey or black, a sophisticated harmony is achieved.

It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, so the back of the fabric is white. In addition, the texture and feel of the fabric are characterized by being rigid. The base fabric is suitable for various applications, such as jackets, blazers, coats/trenches, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets/vests, cushions, shorts/bermudas, bow ties, sports vests and caps. Its use is widespread in the fashion and decoration industry to create elegant and sophisticated garments.

The care instructions for this fabric are to avoid bleaching, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoid trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, iron at a low temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is a process that involves transferring ink from the solid phase to the gaseous phase without passing through the liquid phase. This is achieved with the application of heat and pressure, which allows the ink to impregnate the fabric fibers and produce a uniform, high-quality color. Digital textile printing allows for great precision and variety of designs, which makes it a widely used technique in the production of high-end fabrics.
