Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The base fabric, Tweed - Chanel, is a Tweed type fabric with a composition of 100% polyester, making it a strong and durable fabric. This fabric has a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, which makes it ideal for fashion garments and accessories, as well as for cushions and other decorative objects. The solid color printed on the base fabric is a vibrant canary yellow, with a CMYK of 12 1 90 0, which means that most of the ink used is yellow with a small touch of cyan. This secondary color results in a bright and cheerful tone that combines especially well with neutral tones such as white, gray, and black.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the printed color is not on the inside of the fabric, but on its surface, which gives it greater definition and vibrancy. In terms of its general characteristics, this fabric stands out for its rigid texture and slightly rough feel, which makes it ideal for structured garments such as jackets and blazers.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, we find its wide versatility, being perfect for garments such as coats, jackets, skirts, dresses, blousons, vests, shorts and bermudas, as well as for accessories such as bow ties and caps, and for decorative objects such as cushions. In addition to its aesthetic and practical qualities, the fabric is resistant and durable, which makes it the perfect choice for sewing projects.
It is important to note that this fabric should be washed cold, with a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and bleach should not be used. Dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cold temperature. Tumble drying is not allowed.
Finally, for the printing of this fabric, sublimation technology is used, which allows ink to be transferred directly to the surface of the fabric through the use of heat, resulting in a clear and sharp image with intense and vibrant colors. This technique is ideal for the production of small quantities of fabric and allows the creation of complex and detailed designs.
