The base fabric is Chanel Tweed, a tweed fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 420 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and its care is delicate: do not bleach, dry clean except with trichloroethylene, and iron at a cool temperature. It is ideal for fashion apparel such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bombers/vests, and shorts/bermudas, as well as cushions for living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. It is also perfect for bow ties and caps, and for sports vests for women, men, and children.
The plain color of the printed fabric is light blue, with inks of cyan 42, magenta 8, yellow 16, and black 0, resulting in a CMYK of 42 8 16 0. This color is associated with tranquility and relaxation and combines well with dark tones such as black, grays, and browns, as well as with light tones such as white, beige, and pastel pink.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the plain color is only visible on one side of the fabric.
The fabrics texture is rigid and its feel is robust, making it ideal for winter garments, such as coats and jackets. In addition to its application in fashion and decoration, this fabric is also perfect for outdoor cushions due to its resistance.
For its care, it is important to follow the suppliers recommendations, avoiding bleaching, washing at temperatures above 30°C, and tumble drying, as these could cause damage to the fabric.
This fabric is printed using sublimation technology, which uses a heat process to transfer inks in gas form directly to the fabric, resulting in a sharp and high-quality printed image. This technique is especially suitable for synthetic fabrics such as polyester and allows printing over the entire surface of the fabric.
