The base fabric for this textile is a Tweed - Chanel made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a Denim Blue, with Cyan ink at 45, Magenta ink at 9, Yellow ink at 5, and Black ink at 0, resulting in a CMYK of 45 9 5 0. This secondary color conveys stability, confidence, and security, similar to denim, and pairs well with lighter shades such as yellow and pastel pink, as well as darker tones like black and gray.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, giving it a smooth, flat finish.
Regarding general characteristics, the base fabric has a rigid texture, making it ideal for structured garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, and bomber jackets. It can also be used for accessories like bow ties or caps, as well as for indoor and outdoor cushions. For care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which involves printing the design onto a sublimation paper sheet using special inks, and then transferring them to the fabric using a heat press that applies heat and pressure. This method allows the colors to have high definition and long-lasting durability.
