Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel is a fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a purple hue that evokes the purple sage bush, represented by a mix of cyan (56), magenta (49), and yellow (6) ink in a CMYK color profile of 56 49 6 0. This vibrant color pairs well with earthy tones, grays, and touches of green.
This fabric is digitally printed on one side only, meaning the solid color is only on one face of the fabric. The printed color has a rigid texture that complements the inherent texture of tweed.
Regarding its characteristics, Tweed - Chanel has a rigid texture that gives body to the garment. It is ideal for making jackets, blazers, coats, trench coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, Bermuda shorts, bow ties, and caps. It can also be used for decorative cushions in the home, whether in the living room, bedroom, or kitchen. It is a suitable fabric for the autumn/winter season and has a timeless use.
When caring for Tweed - Chanel, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, excluding trichloroethylene. Iron at a cool temperature and it cannot be tumble dried.
This fabric uses polyester sublimation technology for its digital textile printing. Sublimation is a process by which ink is transferred to paper and then printed onto a surface such as fabric or plastic. During the process, the ink turns into gas and fuses with the fibers of the fabric, creating a durable and wash-resistant image. This technology allows for printing high-quality designs with a wide range of colors.
