The base fabric is Organic Viella - Moscow, of the Viyella type, composed of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 140 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The plain printed color is dark purple with CMYK values: 71 91 37 45. This secondary color is associated with elegance, mystery, and sophistication, and combines particularly well with light tones such as white or beige, and with strong tones such as red or pink. The fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing technology.
The main characteristic of the base fabric is its soft and pleasant texture to the touch. On the other hand, the plain printed color is intense and vibrant. The fabric is suitable for various uses, such as making dresses and shirts for women and men, crafting tablecloths and napkins for the dining room, or creating pajamas and other lingerie garments.
This fabric requires special care for its maintenance, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not using trichloroethylene in dry cleaning, ironing at a warm temperature, and avoiding tumble drying. This ensures that the fabric maintains its quality and durability over time.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is reactive direct digital for natural fibers. This printing process uses water-based inks that adhere directly to the fabric fibers, producing a resistant and durable finish that does not affect the softness of the fabric. In addition, this printing technique is more environmentally friendly than other traditional dyeing processes.
