The base fabric is Organic Viella - Moscow, of the Viyella type, 100% organic cotton, with a weight of 140 gr/m2, a width of 160 cm, and GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification. The solid printed color is Banana Yellow with a CMYK of 21 6 94 0. This secondary color is warm and bright, evoking the vitality and energy of nature. It combines perfectly with other colors from the same warm palette, such as orange, red, or green, and can be used as a dominant color or as an accent in more complex designs.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for high resolution and precise finishes in the images. The characteristics of the base fabric include a soft texture and a comfortable feel, making it ideal for clothing and home textiles. In addition, it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly fabric.
Applications and uses of the base fabric include dresses and shirts for men and women, tablecloths and napkins for the dining room, and pajamas and lingerie. Its versatility allows it to adapt to different design and functionality needs, such as breathability for summer garments or wash resistance for home textiles.
Regarding fabric care, specific washing and ironing instructions must be taken into account, avoiding the use of bleach and tumble dryers. Dry cleaning is a valid option, although the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided.
The printing technology used in this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS), which allows intense and durable colors to be printed on natural fibers such as cotton. This technique uses reactive inks that chemically adhere to the fiber, providing a soft and flexible finish.
