The base fabric is Organic Viella - Moscow, 100% organic cotton with a weight of 140 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is Denim Blue, with a CMYK of 51 11 8 0. This shade is characterized by being a dark blue with green undertones that symbolizes calm and stability. It particularly combines with yellow and orange tones, creating a warm and cozy harmony. The fabric is single-sided printed by digital textile printing, which means that the design is applied only on one of its surfaces.
The fabric texture is soft to the touch, which makes it very comfortable for making fashion garments for both men and women. In addition, thanks to its GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, we know that it is a sustainable and environmentally friendly product. The printed color is also of high quality and durability, so it does not fade easily.
Organic Viella - Moscow fabric can be used in a wide variety of applications, such as dresses and shirts for womens and mens fashion, tablecloths and napkins for the home, and pajamas for lingerie. Thanks to its softness and texture, it is also ideal for creating garments that will be in direct contact with the skin.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is important to follow the care instructions: do not use bleach, wash with water at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, iron at a warm temperature, avoid using a tumble dryer and, if necessary, allow dry cleaning except trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is REACTIVE DIRECT DIGITAL (NATURAL FIBERS). This implies that ink is applied directly to the fabric, using digital printing techniques that guarantee the quality of the design. This process also allows printing large quantities of fabric quickly and efficiently, which makes it an environmentally friendly production method.
