The base fabric of this garment is Organic Cotton Voile in the color "Cupid." This color is composed of 8% Cyan ink, 25% Magenta ink, 12% Yellow ink, and 0% Black ink, which produces a deep pink hue similar to a pink pig. This color pairs exceptionally well with other pastel shades such as yellows and ochres, pale pinks and purples, and soft blues and greens.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing technology, which means the color is printed directly onto the surface of the fabric and is not a dyed fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it has a soft and delicate texture, giving it a pleasant feel against the skin. Additionally, its weight of 80 gr/m2 makes it a very light and fresh fabric, especially suitable for use in summer garments. Organic Cotton Voile is a sustainable and organic fabric that holds the GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification.
As for the applications and uses of this fabric, it is especially recommended for making shirts, lingerie, and accessories, for both women and men. Its delicate texture and lightness make it a highly utilized option in the creation of bridal wear.
It is important to note that to ensure the good preservation of this fabric, certain care instructions must be followed when washing, such as washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not using bleach, ironing at a warm temperature, and drying at a reduced temperature. It is also recommended to avoid the use of trichloroethylene in dry cleaning processes.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that this fabric is manufactured using reactive direct digital printing technology on natural fibers. This means that the ink used in printing is fixed directly onto the fibers, without the need for intermediate layers, which provides greater definition and sharpness in the designs. This printing method also reduces water and energy consumption, making it more environmentally friendly compared to other printing techniques.
