The base fabric of this textile is Organic Cotton Voile - Cupid, composed of 100% organic cotton with a weight of 80 gr/m2. Its width is 145 cm and it holds GOTS - ORGANIC CU1016503 certification, making it a sustainable and durable fabric. The plain printed color is a stunning blue hue, uniquely characterized by a CMYK composition of 100 Cyan ink, 84 Magenta ink, 37 Yellow ink, and 27 Black ink. This ink combination produces a deep navy blue with subtle gray and purple undertones, perfectly contrasted and applicable to any design or garment.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing technology, ensuring its color is especially vibrant and sharp. The printed blue color pairs perfectly with other shades of blue, earth tones, and pink and peach hues.
The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft texture and thinness, which make it perfect for crafting garments such as shirts or lingerie, for both men and women. Additionally, the fabric is well-suited for making accessories like scarves or foulards, and is ideal for the summer season.
Regarding care, the fabric can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature, and the fabric can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The reactive direct digital printing technology (natural fibers) refers to a textile printing technique where an inkjet printer is used to transfer ink directly onto the fabric. Special reactive inks are used to ensure the ink adheres directly to the fabric fibers, creating a durable color with excellent reproduction of nuances and details. This method allows for the production of small quantities of fabric with custom designs at very competitive prices, and has become a widely used technique in the production of custom textiles and apparel.
