The base fabric of this textile is a 100% POLYESTER Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Night Black with a CMYK ink composition of 84 68 55 67. Night Black is a deep color that symbolizes elegance and sobriety, combining perfectly with golden, silver, and bright tones.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing technology, and it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side. This fabric is waterproof, has a grainy and rough texture, and is visually opaque. Furthermore, for the base fabric, it is important to mention that it is UV resistant, making it perfect for use in fashion, decoration, and home textiles.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, highlights include fashion for trench coats and raincoats for both women and men, its use in sportswear for womens, mens, and childrens raincoats, as well as its application in decoration for outdoor cushions, awnings, and tablecloths.
Regarding the care instructions for this type of waterproof fabric, it is not recommended to bleach the garment, dry cleaning is not allowed, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is Sublimation for Polyester. This is a digital printing process carried out on transfer paper with a special sublimation ink, which serves to deposit the ink onto the fabric in gas form through heat and pressure. This method is used for polyester fabrics because polyester has the ability to decompose when exposed to high temperatures and pressure, allowing the ink to permanently transfer onto the fabric.
