The base fabric, Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, is a technical textile composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is characterized by being waterproof and having a rough, grainy texture, making it ideal for use in fashion, for both women and men, in trench coats and raincoats, as well as in outdoor decoration, such as cushions and awnings, or in home textiles, such as dining table tablecloths.
The solid color printed on this fabric is a pumpkin orange, obtained by mixing 15% cyan ink, 57% magenta, 83% yellow, and 4% black using the sublimation printing technique. This color is vibrant and striking, evoking the orange tones of autumn landscapes. This color is especially good for combining with neutral colors, such as beige or white, as well as with coppery and golden tones to create warm and elegant combinations.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric, which makes it particularly resistant to fading and wear.
The general characteristics of the fabric include its waterproofing and grainy, rough texture, which makes it resistant and durable in use. In addition, the fabric is easy to clean and maintain. On the other hand, the printed color stands out for its vibrant tonality, wear resistance, and lightfastness, which ensures that it will retain its intensity and brilliance for a long time.
Among the applications and uses for this type of fabric, the main ones are fashion in trench coats and raincoats for men and women, as well as outdoor decoration such as cushions and awnings, and the creation of tablecloths for dining rooms in the home textile sector.
Regarding care, it is advisable to avoid bleaching, wash without using chemical products, and do not iron at high temperatures. In addition, the fabric cannot be tumble dried.
The fabric is printed using the sublimation technique, which is a digital textile printing technique that allows the design to be transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for detailed and high-quality printing, and guarantees excellent durability and wear resistance in the printed fabric.
