The base fabric is the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a combination of brown and DarkGoldenRod, represented in CMYK as 29 42 99 20. This secondary color has a warm, earthy appearance, reminiscent of nature and conveying a sense of warmth and security. Additionally, it pairs perfectly with earthy tones and greens, representing the environment and the nature of the place where it will be used. The printing is done using single-sided sublimation technology.
This fabric has several general characteristics worth noting, such as its waterproof finish, which makes it perfect for use in sportswear, raincoats, and outdoor textiles such as cushions or awnings. The granulated and rough texture makes it resistant to abrasion and adverse weather conditions, making it a durable and resistant fabric. The plain printed color, on the other hand, presents an interesting visual opacity and a soft, pleasant feel, bringing a warm and elegant look to any garment or textile.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, highlights include fashion in raincoats and trench coats for both women and men, as well as outdoor decoration in cushions and awnings to provide a cozy and natural atmosphere. It is also used in the home for making tablecloths in the dining room.
For its care, it is recommended not to bleach, not to dry clean, iron at a cool temperature, and not to tumble dry to ensure its durability.
The printing technology used for the base fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on transfer paper using dye inks, and applying heat and pressure so that these inks transfer to the fabric. This process offers excellent image quality and resistance to washing and abrasion, making it one of the most durable options on the current market.
