The base fabric is the Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric, a technical fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Gulf Blue, which is composed of 25% Cyan ink, 4% Magenta ink, and 8% Yellow ink, with no Black ink used, CMYK: 25 4 8 0.
The Gulf Blue color is a fresh and relaxing tone that represents the clarity and tranquility of the sea. It harmonizes with other fresh and natural colors, such as white, light gray, and pale green and yellow hues. Additionally, this color is very well suited for outdoor and maritime spaces, as it evokes the freshness of water and the brightness of the sky.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color was applied directly to the fabric surface in a single pass.
Among the general characteristics of this fabric are its impermeability, its granular and rough texture, as well as its visual opacity. The Waterproof - Outdoor Fabric is ideal for various uses such as outdoor fashion, raincoats, tablecloths, awnings, among others, due to its high level of impermeability and resistance.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach, avoid dry cleaning, iron at low temperature, and do not use a tumble dryer.
This fabric is produced with sublimation printing technology (POLYESTER), which involves transferring ink through heat and pressure. The process consists of printing the required image or pattern on special paper using sublimable ink, then placing it in contact with the fabric and subjecting it to high temperature and pressure to sublimate and transfer the design to the fabric. This method is very environmentally friendly, as it does not use water and produces little waste. In addition, it offers high print quality, durability, and resistance.
