The base fabric is a 100% polyester waterproof technical fabric with a weight of 200 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and its name is Waterproof Fabric - Outdoor. The solid printed color is army green with a CMYK of 67 46 100 46, which provides a deep and natural tone. This color combines very well with earthy tones and neutral colors to create contrasts and balances.
The army green color conveys a sense of strength, power, and stability. In addition, as it is a color associated with nature, it is associated with tranquility and harmony. On the other hand, the base fabric provides a grainy and rough feel, which makes it suitable for outdoor applications, such as awnings or cushions, and for waterproof garments such as raincoats or trench coats.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the solid color is only on one side of the fabric. The combination of the base fabric and the printed color provides high-quality waterproofing, making it ideal for outdoor applications.
Among the general characteristics, we highlight its waterproof finish and its grainy and rough texture, which give the fabric an opaque visual. In addition, it is worth noting that the fabric is suitable for multiple uses, such as fashion garments, outdoor decoration, home textiles and, in particular, for making raincoats or trench coats.
It is important to note that the base fabric requires certain care, such as not bleaching, not dry cleaning, and not tumble drying. For ironing, it is recommended to do so at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows the solid color to be digitally printed on the base fabric. This process is carried out by applying heat and pressure to the sublimation paper, which causes the ink to evaporate and penetrate the fibers of the fabric, providing an intense and long-lasting color.
