The Waterproof Fabric - Outdoor is a technical fabric with a 100% polyester composition, with a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its finish is waterproof, making it ideal for applications and uses in fashion, such as raincoats or trench coats, as well as in outdoor decoration, for cushions or awnings, and in home textiles, such as tablecloths. The plain printed color of the fabric is a Dark Blue Denim, which is achieved using the sublimation technique with the following CMYK values: 100 75 16 3.
The secondary color is a deep navy blue with grainy nuances and a rough texture to the touch, evoking the sensation of a resistant and durable fabric. This color combines very well with other neutral tones such as gray and beige to create a sophisticated look, or with more vibrant colors such as yellow or red to achieve an urban and fresh style.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which means that its durability and resistance may vary depending on the care given to it.
Regarding the general characteristics, the base fabric has a grainy feel and an opaque visual texture, which makes it ideal for applications where an impeccable and water-resistant finish is sought. In addition, its polyester composition makes it an easy-to-care for and durable fabric.
Regarding the application and use of the fabric, in addition to what has been mentioned above, this type of fabric is ideal for workwear projects, such as outdoor uniforms, as well as for outdoor sports applications, such as ski or snowboard clothing.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important to note that it cannot be bleached and that the press does not allow dry cleaning, so it should be hand washed or machine washed on a delicate cycle at low temperature. You should also avoid tumble drying the fabric and ironing it at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure, which guarantees exceptional image quality and high color durability.
