The base fabric is the Antibacterial Hydrophobic Fabric - Tromso, a 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a waterproof and antibacterial finish, making it ideal for use in fashion, accessories, decoration, outdoors, among others. The printed design has a very simple complexity and a bright style, along with sequin details, all in a multicolor combination. This design can be combined with solid colors in golden tones, dark greens, and burnt oranges.
It is important to note that this fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric but a single-sided print, allowing for greater sharpness and definition in the design. The fabrics texture is rough to the touch, making it interesting for decorative applications where a rustic touch is desired.
The general characteristics of this fabric are its impermeability, thanks to its hydrophobic finish, as well as its antibacterial capacity, which ensures greater hygiene in products where it is used as a raw material. As for the design, its bright style and sequin details give it a touch of glamour that makes it ideal for fashion products and accessories.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, it is important to note that it is ideal for manufacturing tablecloths, cushions, and other household products, especially outdoors due to its waterproof finish. It is also a good option for manufacturing backpacks and wallets due to its ability to resist water and dirt.
To best care for this fabric, it is important to follow the washing instructions, such as avoiding its use with white garments and not bleaching it, as well as not washing it at temperatures above 60ºC and avoiding the use of a dryer. However, dry cleaning is possible.
Finally, the printing technology used to create this fabric is sublimation, a process by which printing is done on a polyester surface by applying heat and pressure. This process ensures the permanent adhesion of the ink to the fabric, which guarantees the durability of the printed design.
