The fabric in question is the Jaspeado Jersey Knit - Dubai, a knit fabric with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 135 gr/m2. Its width is 160 cm and it is ideal for making fashion garments for both women and men, mainly for knitwear such as t-shirts. The printed design features a multicolor combination with an abstract stain style and an artistic painting technique, resulting in a translucent and mottled texture. The design combines excellently with solid colors such as white, black, and gray, as well as with red and blue tones for a more lively and modern appearance.
The fabric has special characteristics such as a smooth and elastic texture, which makes it very comfortable and soft to the touch. The design is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which provides detailed definition and quality in its designs.
Among its applications and uses, its use in the manufacture of t-shirts and other knitwear stands out, adding design and texture to any garment. The fabric is resistant and durable, perfect for everyday wear or sportswear.
The fabric should be cared for by washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and should not be bleached. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and should be ironed at a cool temperature. It is also recommended not to use a tumble dryer to prolong the life of the garment.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the design on special sublimation paper using special inks separated by basic colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) and then joining it to the fabric with heat and pressure, guaranteeing crisp and durable print quality.
