The base fabric on which the design is printed is the Punto Camiseta Jaspeado - Dubái, a knit fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. This fabric presents three distinct textures in both its visual appearance and its feel: smooth, translucent, and mottled, which gives it a very versatile look. In addition, it is an elastic fabric that allows for great mobility and comfort when worn.
The printed design on the fabric features multicolored main colors, making it a very lively and cheerful design. This design has a wide variety of details that make it very interesting, such as geometric shapes, lines, and dots. In addition, it could be combined with solid colors such as white, black, turquoise blue, or yellow, among others.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that only one side of the fabric features the design.
Regarding the general characteristics, the fabric has a very pleasant texture and feel, as well as great resistance and durability. Its elasticity makes it very comfortable to wear and adapts perfectly to the body, which makes it a success for garments such as t-shirts.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric could be used for making fashion garments for both men and women, especially for making t-shirts. In addition, as it is a timeless fabric, its use could extend throughout the year.
As for care, it is important to follow the manufacturers instructions, which indicate not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning except trichloroethylene, iron at a cold temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using sublimation printing technology on polyester, which allows the transfer of the design from paper to fabric through a chemical reaction that converts the ink into gas. This gas penetrates the fabric fibers, creating a durable and highly environmentally friendly result.
