The base fabric is a Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The fabric design is a simple complexity print, with a vector pattern of circles and polka dots in shades of iceberg blue, day blue, and denim blue. This digitally printed single-sided fabric has a soft texture and a bright visual appearance. This fabric is ideal for decorative use in upholstery or for fashion garments, such as trousers, jackets, blazers, or coats/vests. It combines perfectly with solid colors in shades of white, black, and grey.
Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is a fabric with a very soft and pleasant texture to the touch. Thanks to its composition, this fabric has excellent resistance and durability, making it perfect for decoration and fashion garments. Its applications and uses include upholstery for chairs, armchairs, sofas, as well as cushions for different rooms in the home, such as the kitchen, bedroom, or living room. In addition, this fabric is perfect for making accessories, such as bags or backpacks.
This fabric requires specific care to maintain its optimal quality and appearance. Bleaching products should not be used in washing, and the maximum temperature should be 30ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning, and the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided in its dry cleaning. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used to produce this base fabric is polyester sublimation, a digital printing process that is carried out using heat and pressure, allowing the colors to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, which guarantees its durability and resistance.
