The organic cotton twill fabric with the Florence printed design stands out for its soft texture and rigidity, which gives it a unique feel, in addition to a reactive direct digital print that allows for the long-term preservation of intense, wear-resistant colors. The modern, geometric design, with a vectorial pattern finish, evokes a sense of avant-garde and sophistication that adapts perfectly to any season of the year and environment, regardless of the decorative style. The multicolor combination of warm and cool tones in the design allows for contrasts in black, blue, and green tones. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures that the print penetrates deeply and homogeneously into the fiber, preventing color loss during the washing process.
The fabric is sustainable and certified with the GOTS label, made with organic cotton, thus reducing environmental impact, avoiding the use of unnecessary chemicals in its production, and guaranteeing the quality of the manufacturing processes and its composition. The fabric is used for multiple applications such as decoration, mens and womens fashion, accessories, and home textiles. Among the most common applications are external and internal decorative applications, such as frames, paintings, cushions, tablecloths, table runners, and napkins.
To maintain the quality, texture, and appearance of the fabric, it is necessary to follow certain care recommendations. The fabric should be washed with warm water (max. 30ºC) and should not be bleached or tumble dried. Due to its composition, the fabric can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Additionally, it is necessary to iron at a low temperature (cool) and avoid the use of aggressive cleaning products.
The technique used to print the fabric with the quality offered by this unique design is reactive direct digital printing, which, as its name suggests, is done directly on the fabric and by reaction strengthens the colors and fibers of the fabrics composition. This is achieved by a printer that sends reactive inks through tiny nozzles onto the surface of the fabric, creating an effect that does not damage the fibers and allows for finer and more detailed printing, thus ensuring that the colors do not lose intensity or the clarity of their geometric shapes.
