The Sport Recycled Polyester Fabric - Basic is a sustainable and comfortable option for sportswear and swimwear. Its composition is 93% recycled polyester and 7% elastomer, which gives it a weight of 145 gr/m2 and a soft touch. In addition, its width of 145 cm makes it a versatile fabric for different projects.
The printed design of this fabric features a modern geometric style with vector pattern shapes. The main color combination is multicolor, which makes it easy to combine with other solid colors such as white, black, blue, and pink. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, its soft and smooth texture makes it ideal for sportswear that requires comfort and flexibility, such as shorts, shirts, and swimsuits. In addition, the GRS sustainability certificate and its sublimation printing technology (for polyester) make it a responsible and durable option compared to other lower quality materials.
As for the care that should be taken into account for this fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum of 40ºC and never bleach. It can be ironed at a cold temperature but cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, sublimation printing technology (for polyester) refers to a process that uses special inks that are transferred through heat and pressure to become gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric. In this way, a sharp and durable print is achieved, which does not fade with washing.
