Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Chanels Tweed fabric is a polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is a black and white zebra animal print with very simple stripes and complexity. The main colors are night black, cotton white, and dark forest green. They combine perfectly with solid tones such as red, dark green, and brown. The fabric is digitally printed on one side.
The fabric has a rigid texture that gives it body and allows it to be used in outerwear, such as jackets, blazers, coats, and trench coats. It is also ideal for skirts, dresses, and jackets, and can be used in decoration as cushions for living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens. In fashion, it can be applied to shorts, Bermuda shorts, bow ties, and caps. In addition, it is perfect for making sports vests for men, women, and children.
Regarding its characteristics, Chanels Tweed fabric has a rigid feel and a prominent texture. It is a resistant and durable fabric that can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It should not be bleached or tumble dried, and should be ironed at a cold temperature.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which allows the printed design to have high resolution and detail. This printing technique allows the color to penetrate inside the fabric, which makes the printed design resistant to wear and washing.
