Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The fabric in question is the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, a canvas made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its printed design is characterized by its very simple complexity, combining abstract and decorative style with a texture that imitates marble and multicolor colors. In addition, it could be combined with plain black, white, and gray colors. The fabric is printed with the patterned design on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas has a rough and rigid texture, with an opaque appearance. The printed design, on the other hand, has a texture that imitates marble and combines various decorative and abstract styles. As for its applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for interior and exterior decoration, as well as for fashion and accessory making.
Among the applications we have mentioned, we can highlight the upholstery of sofas, chairs, and armchairs, the making of cushions, table runners, placemats, aprons, toiletry bags, purses, wallets, backpacks, and tote bags, among others. In addition, this fabric is suitable for decorating frames, paintings, baskets, and other decorative objects.
To care for this fabric, it is necessary to avoid the use of bleaches, wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, dry cleaning with solvents can be done, iron at cold temperature and tumble dry at reduced temperature. It is important to follow these care instructions to prolong the durability of the fabric.
As for the printing technology used, it is sublimation (polyester), a process that involves transferring ink through heat and pressure onto the polyester fabric. This technology allows high-quality and highly durable designs to be printed on this type of fabric.
