The Polyester Lycra Fabric - Cairo is an ideal choice for the world of sportswear and lingerie thanks to its elasticity and soft touch, which makes it a pleasant experience for the skin. The printed design of this fabric is a visual spectacle, presenting brushstrokes, watercolors, and a palette of vibrant and abstract colors that make this fabric a perfect option for knitwear or lingerie. It could perfectly combine with solid colors such as maroon, dark green, or black.
The fabric is printed with a one-sided design using digital textile printing, which means it is a single-sided printed fabric. Its weight of 220 gr/m2 and its width of 150 cm allow us to work on different patterns for comfortable clothing, swimwear, or lingerie. The general characteristics of the fabric include being elastic and soft to the touch, while the finish is chlorine-resistant and has a high sun protection factor of 50+ UPF.
Among its applications and uses, highlights include sports, lingerie, fashion, and others, such as scrunchies. This fabric is perfect for sportswear, such as durable yet very comfortable bikinis and swimsuits, being a great ally for high-quality and adaptable clothing.
Regarding the necessary care, this fabric should not be bleached and should be kept at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It accepts dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it is not suitable for tumble dryers.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which uses polyester and allows the chosen design to be perfectly stamped onto the fabric down to the last detail. This technique allows for high-quality printing, a great level of detail, and the resistance and durability that a high-quality garment needs.
