The base fabric of this design is the Cotton-Feel Jersey Knit - Atenas, a knit fabric composed of 81% polyester, 15% acrylic, and 4% elastane, with a weight of 239 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a soft and elastic texture and feel, making it ideal for comfortable and durable garments.
The printed design combines medium complexity with a bright and colorful style, where the nature of stone is the main source of inspiration. The main color combination is multicolor, which makes it extremely versatile when combining it with other solid colors.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side only by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side only.
In terms of general characteristics, the fabric is very wear-resistant and has excellent recovery capacity, which means it maintains its shape and structure over time. The printed design has great durability and resistance to fading, ensuring a vivid and defined print even after multiple washes.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, it is perfect for making comfortable garments such as pajamas, tops, sweaters, cardigans, dresses, and knitwear. It is also ideal for making accessories such as scarves, stoles, and socks. Additionally, given its strength and durability, it is suitable for use in making blankets for both living rooms and bedrooms, as well as for making napkins.
It is important to note that this fabric requires certain special care. It can be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and it is recommended not to use bleach. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to make this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique that involves transferring the design of a printed image onto a fabric through the use of heat and pressure. This technology produces high-quality, durable, and fade-resistant images, which means that the designs printed on this fabric are vibrant and defined.
