Sarga-Prada fabric is a twill-type fabric composed of 96% polyester and 4% elastane, with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric has a softness and thinness that make it highly comfortable to the touch. The printed design on this fabric evokes a maritime sensation with motifs of marine life, shells, water, and stones, which combine in a multicolored way to achieve a vibrant and natural image. To combine with this fabric, it is recommended to use plain blue, gray, and white tones. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
The characteristics of this base fabric are diverse: its soft and thin texture makes it ideal for making summer garments such as shirts, skirts, blouses, dresses, and scarves. This fabric is highly versatile thanks to its polyester/elastane composition, which gives it elasticity and adaptability to the body, making it extremely comfortable and easy to work with. Regarding its printed design, it stands out for its great vivacity and symbolism, conveying a sense of nature and marine life.
To care for this fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached, and it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. This fabric allows dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design to the fabric using heat and pressure. This digital textile printing method allows the creation of high-quality and high-definition designs, with a wide variety of colors and shades. In addition, the ink used in this process penetrates the fabric fibers, which guarantees good durability and resistance to washing and wear.
