The fabric we describe is the Breathable Technical Fabric - Fresh, a type of 100% polyester technical fabric with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. This fabric, which stands out for its breathability, is perfect for making sportswear such as t-shirts, as well as other accessories such as hair ties and scrunchies.
The chosen printed design as an example has a smooth texture and multi-color main colors. This design adds a cheerful touch to garments made with Fresh fabric and can be combined with plain colors such as white, black or green.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side. The fabric is characterized by being breathable, having a pleasant texture to the touch and being elastic.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, are the making of thermal garments for outdoor activities, curtains, cushion covers, etc.
It is important to take into account the necessary care for this fabric, which should not be bleached or dry-cleaned, and which can be washed at a maximum temperature of 60ºC, ironed at a cold temperature and not tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which is carried out through a thermal transfer process that fixes the ink on the surface of the fabric for a durable and resistant finish.
