The Synthetic Knit Fabric with Spandex - Support is a knit fabric, composed of 95% polyester and 5% elastane, with a weight of 237 gr/m2 and a width of 152 cm. Its texture is soft and elastic to the touch, visually opaque, and presents great elasticity. The printed design is multi-colored with aquatic nature motifs, such as waves and the sea.
This design symbolizes the strength and energy of water, transmitting a feeling of freedom. The main colors, blue and green, could be combined with other light and dark tones such as white, black, or grey. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding general characteristics, it can be highlighted that it is an elastic and comfortable fabric to use, ideal for lingerie, sportswear, and other accessories. In addition, it is important to mention that sublimation printing technology allows for long-lasting color fixation and wash resistance.
Among the applications and uses that can be given to this fabric, the manufacture of lingerie such as bras, briefs, and bodysuits, knitwear for women and men, as well as accessories such as scrunchies or ponytails stand out.
As for the care we must take into account for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching and apply washes at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and it is recommended to iron at a cold temperature inside out.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric, sublimation, allows printing high-quality and resistant designs, as long as it is done on polyester fabrics. Sublimation is a process of ink transfer by heat, which fuses with the fabric fiber to achieve high definition in the print.
