Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric that stands out for its rigid texture and weight of 420 gr/m2, making it suitable for outerwear and accessories. The printed design features elements of nature, with water and waves as protagonists, in a multicolor that offers a wide range of possibilities for combination with other solid colors.
This fabric is printed with the design on one side only by digital textile printing, so it is advisable to take this characteristic into account in its handling and confection. In addition, Tweed - Chanel fabric is characterized by being resistant and durable, making it ideal for everyday wear and also for home decoration elements.
Among the most common applications and uses of this fabric are jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, and bomber jackets, for both men and women. It can also be used in the confection of cushions for the home or outdoor decoration elements and even in sportswear. All this due to the resistance and durability characteristics of this fabric.
Regarding care, it is important to note that Tweed - Chanel fabric should not be bleached and its maximum washing temperature is 30 degrees Celsius. It can be dry cleaned, avoiding trichloroethylene, and ironed at a cool temperature. In addition, it is important not to tumble dry the fabric.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring ink by heat and pressure onto the surface of the fabric. Thanks to this technique, designs with great definition and quality in printing are achieved.
