The 190 gr/m2 Recycled Lycra fabric is a Lycra-type fabric made of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. With a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm, this fabric features softness and elasticity, as well as chlorine resistance and UV protection (with a very high UPF of 50+). In addition, this fabric has obtained GRS certification and is sustainable as it is made of recycled materials.
The printed design on the fabric is complex and inspired by nature, with elements reminiscent of stone, rocks, and walls. The design is predominantly multicolor, featuring a mix of different shades that bring freshness and luminosity. This design can be combined with solid colors such as white, black, and dark blue to create a harmonious balance.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means that the design will only be visible on one side of the fabric. In addition, the fabric can be used in different applications and uses, such as making bikinis, swimsuits, hair ties, and scrunchies, among others. The elasticity of Lycra makes it an ideal option for sportswear and swimwear, allowing total freedom of movement while maintaining its original shape.
Regarding the care required for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It is important not to dry clean it and to iron it at a low temperature. Finally, it is not recommended to tumble dry this fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process that allows ink to be transferred to the fabric through a chemical sublimation process. This method offers high print quality, durability, and wear resistance.
