The base fabric of our Waterproof - Outdoor fabric is a technical polyester fabric with a 100% composition. With a weight of 200 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, this fabric features a waterproof finish ideal for use in raincoats, trench coats, cushions, awnings, and even outdoor tablecloths. The printing technology used to create the stamped design is sublimation, specialized in polyester, which guarantees a durable and weather-resistant print quality.
The stamped design presents a symbiosis between nature and architecture. Rock and stone can be identified as main elements and a multi-colored wall that delves into the abstract, without neglecting natural geometry. The granular and rough texture adds to the life of the design, while the visual opacity reinterprets iconic forms to achieve something more contemporary and versatile.
This design can be combined with plain fabrics in neutral tones such as white, gray, and black to create a minimalist ambiance, or with earthy tones for a more natural look. However, given its chromatic diversity, you can also play with more striking tones and create vivid contrasts.
The general characteristics of the fabric are impermeability and granular texture. The printed design has a rough feel and is visually opaque. The applications and uses of this fabric extend beyond fashion and outdoor decoration, as it can be used for products that require a strong, durable, and easy-to-clean fabric.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, we must avoid bleaching and dry cleaning, iron at low temperature, and never use a tumble dryer. Sublimation, the digital textile printing technology for this fabric, is a process that consists of stamping an image on a surface using heat and pressure, causing the ink to integrate permanently into the fabric fiber. It is important to note that this fabric is printed on one side only, so its reverse is white.
