The Recycled Lycra fabric is a stretchy and soft fabric, with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a composition of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. Its printed design, with a botanical and floral nature style with abstract multicolored flowers, is perfect for making swimwear and fashion garments, such as bikinis and swimsuits. This fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing and combines perfectly with solid colors such as white, black, and blue.
Recycled Lycra has characteristics such as being elastic and chlorine-resistant, as well as having a very high UV protection factor of 50+. On the other hand, its printed design is full of symbolism through the colors and details of the abstract flowers. Furthermore, thanks to its soft and elastic feel, this fabric is ideal for applications such as scrunchies, bikinis, and high-quality, GRS-certified, sustainable swimsuits.
Regarding care, this fabric should not be bleached and it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used for Recycled Lycra is sublimation with polyester, which allows the design to be printed clearly and durably without damaging the quality of the fabric. Thanks to this technology, the printed design is resistant to repeated washes and offers great durability in the final garment.
