Velvetleaf - Dublin

The Velvety Corduroy fabric - Dublin stands out for its soft touch and visual brilliance, attributes reflected in the printed design it bears. This design features a texture that simulates a marble effect in predominant tones of ivy blue and darkcyan green, with details evoking the nature of water and the ocean. To complement this design, solid shades of gray, white, black, or even pink can be used.

The base fabric is composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, which provides optimal resistance and elasticity for both decoration and fashion garments. Among its applications and uses are upholstery for chairs, sofas, and armchairs, as well as the creation of trousers, jackets, and blazers. Accessories such as bags and backpacks can also be made with this fabric, as well as cushions or baskets for the home.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, as well as to avoid dry cleaning, except with mild solvents such as trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.

The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, where the design is printed on transfer paper and then placed over the entire fabric surface using high-definition printers and heat, fixing the ink onto the fabric fibers. This allows for a wide variety of designs and colors on the fabric, as well as high durability in the print.
