The Dubai heathered jersey knit fabric is made of 100% polyester with a weight of 135 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. This material comes in a very characteristic heathered shade that gives it a translucent and elastic visual texture, with a soft and smooth feel. The fabric is printed with an abstract brushstroke design of notable complexity, with a watercolor style and the main colors Night Black, Night Blue, and Blood Red. This design is enhanced by the quality of digital textile printing using sublimation technology on polyester, offering a clear and precise print on one side of the fabric.
The fabric and the printed design stand out for their general characteristics such as a unique and pleasant visual texture to the touch, in addition to possessing elastic properties that increase its comfort and adaptability to various garments. The knit fabric is ideal for making fashion clothing for men or women, especially t-shirts, as its weight and print make it a suitable option for the timeless season. In addition, the abstract design in dark tones combined with any solid color presented in the design is an ideal option for a casual and modern look.
The Dubai heathered jersey knit fabric requires certain special care to ensure its quality. It is recommended not to use bleaches, keep the washing temperature at a maximum of 30ºC, avoid the use of tumble dryers, and iron at low temperatures. This fabric also allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
The digital textile printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester. This technology consists of the transfer of inks to a polyester base using high temperatures and pressures, which allows for high image quality and greater printing precision compared to other printing methods. This process allows for perfect integration of the inks with the fabric, achieving greater durability and resistance to washing.
