The Polyester Lycra fabric - Nairobi, weighing 270 gr/m2, features a multicolor printed design with shine and light attributes, giving it a striking and showy style. This design can be combined with plain colors such as white, black, blue, and pink.
The fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only, meaning the pattern is exclusively on the front of the fabric. This Lycra is elastic and chlorine-resistant, with a finish that provides very high UV protection of 50+. Additionally, its texture is soft to the touch.
Applications and uses for this fabric include the creation of lingerie, bodysuits, sportswear, swimsuits, bikinis, and leggings, for women, men, and children. Its high resistance and sun protection also make it suitable for swimwear fashion.
To maintain this fabric in good condition, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron at a low temperature. It also allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the dye sublimes from solid to gas and then deposits onto the fabric. This method allows for excellent print quality and durable finishes on the fabric.
