Description

The Glasgow broadcloth fabric stands out for its soft texture and its composition of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design, sublimated, is inspired by nature and has two main attributes: sky and clouds, and sky and sunset, in multicolor tones. In addition, this fabric, printed on one side by digital textile printing, is ideal for use in garments such as coats, jackets, blazers, and decorative coasters and altars.

In terms of its general characteristics, the Glasgow broadcloth fabric is ideal for use in winter and autumn/winter 2021, thanks to its composition and weight that provide a warm finish. On the other hand, the printed design is symbolic and technical, showing the beauty of sunsets and clear skies. The main colors allow combining with solid tones such as white, black, gray, navy blue, or burgundy, for an elegant and modern look.

Regarding applications and uses, in addition to those mentioned above, the Glasgow broadcloth fabric is perfect for use in making decorative pieces and in the kitchen, such as dishcloths. It is also ideal for creating coasters since its composition allows adequate absorbency to prevent surface stains.

Regarding fabric care, it is important to note that it cannot be bleached and that the garment does not allow dry cleaning. It is recommended to wash it at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, iron at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry.

As for printing technology, the Glasgow broadcloth fabric is manufactured by sublimation, which allows the print to penetrate the fabric fibers, guaranteeing optimal quality and durability. This printing process is technical and allows for greater precision in details, as well as the possibility of using a wider range of colors.
