The Lycra Polyester fabric, Cairo, is a stretchy and soft fabric with a weight of 220 gr/m2 and a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Its printed design features a marble texture in multi-color tones. This design can be combined with solid colors such as blue, black, or white to highlight the fabrics shades. This fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, its soft and elastic touch, its resistance to chlorine, and its very high UV protection of 50+ stand out. Additionally, the fabric is ideal for making sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and tops, as well as for other uses such as scrunchies.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. This fabric allows dry cleaning, with the exception of trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
This fabric uses sublimation printing technology, which involves printing on transfer paper and then transferring the ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. This technique allows for detailed and durable designs on the fabric.
