Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a type of fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. It also has GRS certification and is sustainable, as it is made from recycled materials. Its printed design features gingham check shapes in multicolor tones. This printed fabric has a single face, resulting from digital textile printing.
The fabrics texture is rough, stiff, and opaque, which gives it a consistent and resistant appearance. The printed design, on the other hand, provides a fresh and youthful style, with retro and casual vibes. This combination is perfect for making fashion garments, such as trousers, or accessories like bags or backpacks. It can also be used for interior decoration, such as cushions, or even for upholstery of chairs or sofas. This fabric can be combined with solid colors in shades of red, green, or blue.
Among the applications of this fabric are several, as in addition to fashion and decoration, it is also suitable for making toiletry bags or purses. Its uses in the home can focus on the dining room with table runners or placemats, in the living room for cushions or baskets, or even in the kitchen with aprons. The care that should be taken into account for this fabric are: do not bleach, machine wash at 30°C, dry cleaning with solvents is allowed, cool iron, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature. Avoid high temperatures and prolonged exposure to the sun.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which is carried out on a polyester base. This process consists of printing a high-quality image on special paper, which is transferred onto the fabric using high temperatures and controlled pressures, so that the print is permanently fixed on the fabric, without losing quality or sharpness.
