Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
Tweed - Chanel fabric is a polyester fabric with a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features blurred and bright traits, conveying a festive style with lights. The main colors are midnight blue, blood brown, and plum purple. Fabric printed with this design can be combined with solid colors in shades of black, brown, purple, blue, and gray. The texture of this fabric is stiff to the touch. Digital textile printing is done on one side of the Tweed - Chanel fabric.
In general terms, Tweed - Chanel fabric is a very versatile material that can be used in mens and womens clothing, as well as in home textiles and accessories. Thanks to its stiff texture, it is very suitable for the production of jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets, vests, shorts, Bermuda shorts, and bow ties. In decoration, cushions can be made for living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens, as well as outdoor cushions.
It is important to consider the care of Tweed - Chanel fabric to prolong its durability. It is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it with water at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be at a cool temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to print on Tweed - Chanel fabric is sublimation. This technique is used to print vibrant and high-resolution colors on synthetic materials. In this case, the image is transferred through special paper that is placed on the fabric and heated to a high temperature. The heat causes the pigments in the paper to turn into vapor and penetrate the fabric fibers, creating a durable and high-quality print.
