The fabric to be described is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, which features a printed design with a vector pattern of squares and polka dots in antique ecru, grapefruit red, and cotton white. This design conveys a balance between the geometric and the organic, resulting in a fresh and modern aesthetic.
The texture of Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros is soft and thin to the touch, providing a feeling of lightness and comfort against the skin. Additionally, its visual translucency creates an interesting play of light and shadow when making garments with this fabric.
This fabric is very versatile and can be used in various applications such as womens and mens fashion, accessories, lingerie, blouses, shirts, skirts, dresses, scarves, and even for brides, making it an ideal choice for making summer garments.
Regarding care, bleaching and washing at temperatures above 30ºC should be avoided; dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene; and ironing at low temperatures is recommended. Additionally, the fabric should not be tumble dried.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed using sublimation technology on polyester, on one side by digital textile printing, offering great sharpness and print quality. Therefore, it is important to design and cut garments taking into account the direction of the pattern to obtain the best result in their final finish.
Finally, this fabric has GRS certification and its sustainability is reflected in its recycled origin, resulting in a more environmentally friendly fabric than others with less sustainable compositions. Its combination with other solid colors will depend on the designers style and taste, but it is a fabric that can be combined with neutral tones such as black or grey, or even with antique ecru and grapefruit red tones that are already present in its printed design.
