The fabric used in this design is a Mélange Knit Fabric called Dubai. Its printed design features a vector pattern style that combines a mix of squares and polka dots, in a color palette that includes ecru, red, and white tones. This combination of shapes and colors brings a avant-garde and elegant touch to the fabric. Furthermore, it can be combined with solid colors such as black, gray, navy blue, or beige to create a sophisticated look. The fabric is printed with the design on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabric has several general characteristics, such as a smooth and translucent texture, a soft feel, moderate elasticity, and a lightweight grammage of 135 gr/m2. These general characteristics allow for comfortable and adaptable use in knit garments like womens and mens t-shirts, which broadens its application for both everyday outfits and special occasions. In addition, its 100% polyester composition increases its durability and resistance.
Regarding fabric care, it is important to avoid bleaching and to iron at a cool temperature, as well as not to tumble dry. Instead, dry cleaning is recommended, except for trichloroethylene, and washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. This will help maintain the quality and good appearance of the fabric for longer.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, a process that converts solid ink to gas, which then bonds with the fabric, creating a permanent, high-quality image resistant to fading and wear. This process also allows for greater design freedom and higher precision in image quality, resulting in a final product of great intensity and sharpness.
