Recycled Lycra - Seal is an elastic and resistant fabric, composed of 75% polyester and 25% elastane, with a weight of 230 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design is characterized by a drawn and colorful style, reflecting nature with plants and leaves in pig pink, cantaloupe orange, and olive green tones. This single-sided digitally printed textile fabric, combined with solid colors such as white, black, or blue, is ideal for lingerie, swimwear, tights, or leggings, among others.
In addition, Recycled Lycra - Seal is an elastic and chlorine-resistant fabric, with a very high UV protection factor of 50+, which makes it perfect for use in garments that require a high level of resistance and protection. On the other hand, thanks to its GRS certification and its sustainability as a recycled fabric, it is an excellent option to promote sustainable and eco-friendly fashion.
In terms of applications and uses, this fabric can be used for a wide variety of garments, such as swimsuits, bikinis, leotards, leggings, or bodysuits. Its elasticity and resistance make it perfect for sportswear, and its printed design adds an original and fresh touch to fashion collections.
It is important to note that for the care of Recycled Lycra - Seal, specific instructions must be followed, such as not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 40ºC, not dry cleaning, ironing at low temperatures, and not tumble drying. This will ensure the durability and preservation of the fabric and its printed design.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture Recycled Lycra - Seal is sublimation (polyester), which allows ink to be directly transferred onto the fabric, creating high-quality and durable designs. This process is carried out using a special printer that uses sublimation ink and paper to then transfer the design to the fabric using high temperatures and pressure.
