The Tromso Water-Repellent Antibacterial Fabric is a technical polyester fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 160 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. This fabric has a water-repellent finish and is antibacterial, making it perfect for use in fashion accessories, indoor and outdoor decoration, as well as for creating tablecloths and cushions. Additionally, the printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation.
The printed design consists of a complex artistic mosaic, with main colors in multi-color tones. This design can be combined with solid tones in white, black, blue, gray, and yellow to achieve a modern and vibrant look. It is worth noting that this fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a rough texture and a soft touch. The printed design is complex and artistic, making it perfect for use in decoration or fashion. Additionally, the fabric has a water-repellent finish and is antibacterial, which makes it very versatile.
Among the outstanding applications and uses for this fabric, we can mention its use in the construction of decorative frames, outdoor loungers, fashion pants, purses, toiletry bags, and backpacks. It can also be used for making tablecloths and cushions of various styles to decorate the living room, dining room, and bedroom.
For its care, it is important to avoid bleaching the fabric and not to use a temperature higher than 60ºC for washing. Additionally, dry cleaning is recommended, as long as trichloroethylene is not used, and ironing at a warm temperature. It is important to mention that the fabric should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process consists of printing the design on special paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This guarantees high print quality and durability on the fabric, making it resistant to washing, wear, and external conditions.
