The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is characterized by being soft to the touch and visually bright. Its printed design stands out for being complex, with a mosaic, colorful and artistic style, with stained glass motifs in multicolor tones. This single-sided printed fabric, made with digital textile printing, combines very well with solid colors such as beige, dark brown and olive green. The composition of this fabric is 85% polyester, 12% polyamide and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. It is suitable for interior decoration, such as cushions, baskets and upholstery for chairs, armchairs or sofas. It is also ideal for making fashion garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets or vests, as well as for creating accessories such as handbags and backpacks.
Regarding care, this fabric should not be bleached and can only be washed at maximum temperatures of 30ºC. It does not allow dry cleaning, but it can be dry cleaned with the exception of trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at low temperature and tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of a thermal transfer technique where the ink transforms into gas and permanently adheres to the fabric fibers, which guarantees a high image quality and great durability over time.
