This Polyester Lycra fabric called Nairobi features a very simple printed design, highlighting yellow lemons on a raw background with touches of gold yellow. This color combination allows for great versatility in terms of pairing with other solid colors, such as blues, greens, grays, and even black and white.
This fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side, meaning one side of the fabric displays the printed design while the other side is plain.
Nairobi fabric is a Polyester Lycra with a weight of 270 gr/m2 and composed of 82% polyester and 18% elastane, which gives it an elastic texture and high chlorine resistance. Additionally, it boasts a very high UPF UV 50+ protection finish, providing additional sun protection to the garment made from it.
This type of fabric is ideal for various uses and applications such as making Lingerie, Bodysuits, Sports Leggings, Bikinis, Swimsuits, or Leotards, for women, men, and children alike. It can be used in any season, thanks to its timeless design.
Caring for this fabric is quite simple: avoid bleaching, use a maximum washing temperature of 40ºC, and avoid using tumble dryers.
The printing technology used is sublimation on polyester fabric, achieving high resolution and sharpness in the print. This technique involves transferring ink from a printed transfer paper at high temperature and pressure directly onto the polyester fabric.
