The Recycled Lycra fabric is a stretchy and soft fabric with a weight of 190 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, composed of 85% recycled polyester and 15% elastane. Its printed design features a complex pattern, full of color and star shapes in multicolor tones. It combines perfectly with solid colors such as black, white, and pink. It is worth noting that the fabric is digitally printed with the design on one side only.
This fabric has general characteristics such as softness, elasticity, and chlorine resistance, in addition to having very high UV protection 50+. It is ideal for making swimwear, such as bikinis and swimsuits, and is also used in making scrunchies, being a timeless and sustainable fabric thanks to its GRS certification.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it should not be bleached, washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, cannot be dry cleaned or tumble dried, and it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature.
Finally, the Recycled Lycra is manufactured with sublimation printing technology (polyester), which allows printing on synthetic fabrics, achieving high quality and definition in the one-sided printed design.
